I'm Grace Gormley from the Bay Area in California! My majors are journalism and data science, and my favorite sailing memory so far has been our team Sailsgiving or winning my first two “bullets” at our regatta in Texas this winter!

I’m an Industrial Engineering student from Glenview, IL, with a passion for sailing. Although I started college with no prior sailing experience, I’ve embraced the sport and have already competed in several regattas. Sailing has become a cornerstone of my college experience, and I’m honored to serve as my team’s treasurer for the second year in a row. Outside of sailing, I’ve worked as a lifeguard for five years and enjoy swimming and playing water polo in my free time!
